Papaya Banana Smoothie

Probably one of the simplest ‘recipes’ in this section. If you can work a blender, you can make this refreshing drink.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 small ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 large, ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Combine the milk, yogurt, vanilla, banana, papaya and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a large glass.

Yup, that’s it.
